- Do you accommodate Ryanair Trainee Cadets for the duration of the course?
Yes, we've had many trainee pilots stay for up to 8 weeks at our hotel
- How fast is the WiFi?
The WiFi provides ultra fast speeds.
- How does self check in work?
We supply the codes to the entrance doors and your room on the day of check in, typically around 1pm when housekeeping have finished.
- What time is check in/out? `
Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am.
- Can we request a late check in/out?
Send us a message and we maybe able to accommodate.
- Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes, although it is limited. So it’s first come, first served. There is off street parking less than 1 minutes walk away.
- Is the kitchen available to use?
Yes the kitchen is self service, feel free to cook and then eat in the dining room. All cooking equipment is provided.
- Is tea and coffee provided in the room?
Yes we provide a kettle and all you need to make a cuppa.
- Are towels provided?
Yes we provide 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels.
- Is shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided?
Yes, yes and yes.
- How close are we from the airport?
5 minutes drive.
- How close are we to Donington Race Track?
5 minutes drive.
- How close are we to Castle Donington village centre?
2 minutes walk. Turn right as you leave the hotel, walk up little hill and the high street is on your right.
- Can we have the entire hotel to ourselves?
Yes, but you would need to book all the 9 rooms and the studio.
- Are parties allowed?
No. We have a strict no party policy. If guests decide to break the rules our security team will be sent to the hotel and guests will be asked to leave immediately.
- What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel 7 days beforehand a full refund is available.
